Being a teenager can suck, you don't have to do it alone. Whether it's fighting with parents, struggling with school, or feeling like there's no effective way to deal with your feels, I'm here to help. To help you feel seen, heard and understood.

I use a direct and compassionate approach centered around you and your family's needs. I like to look at this process as a journey we'll take together. Whether its sadness, silliness, anger or excitement, no feeling is forbidden (they’re actually encouraged!)

I'm originally from the Seattle area where it’s rainy all the time and the sun shows few and far between - so I've moved around since then, exploring Portland, Chicago and now the lovely Austin, Texas. I got my bachelors in Psychology at Western Washington University, my masters in Professional Mental Health Counseling at Lewis and Clark College and then spent three years working with adolescents and adults in PHP and IOP levels of care. I truly love this work and feel incredibly blessed every day to hold space for your stories, experiences and emotions.

When I’m not working, I love to spend time with my kitty cats, explore Austin food and cool off at the creek!

To honor the investment and process, a complimentary 30 minute consult is offered to help determine goodness-of-fit.

Insurance is not accepted at this time.

Payment is accepted in the form of: credit cards or Health Savings Account cards.

INDIVIDUAL TEEN THERAPY

$145/50 minute session

FAMILY THERAPY + PARENT COACHING

$175/50 minute session
