Hi there! I'm Meredith.

My goal is to create a comfortable space for you to show up as your whole self. My approach is genuine, relational, grounded, and warm, with a healthy dose of humor thrown in for good measure. Our lives can get heavy, and my hope is that our time together can be a chance to put down and unpack some of that weight.

I received my Bachelors in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin and my Masters in Social Work from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and previously worked as a school-based social worker for over six years. I'm a coffee drinker, plant nurturer, yogi, book lover, reality tv connoisseur, traveler, and dog owner to the goofiest Golden Retriever mix.

I believe that others need to earn the right to hear your story, myself included. I can promise authenticity, empowerment, and respect from me as we build a trusting relationship together.

Insurance is not accepted at this time. Superbills can be provided to be filed independently.

Payment is accepted in the form of: credit cards or Health Savings Account cards.
